Dr Amy Hughes receives award from the Prime Minister for her work in the fight against Ebola

Dr Hughes who led the first wave of NHS volunteers for the fight against Ebola in Sierra Leone has today been named the UK’s 200th Point of Light by Prime Minister David Cameron.

She was presented with her award by Prime Minister David Cameron at a special reception in Downing Street before flying out to re-join volunteers in Sierra Leone.
