Betty-Ann Bristow-Castle – Communications and Events Officer
Betty-Ann has worked in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures at the University of Manchester for over ten years, and joined HCRI in November 2011. She manages the planning and implementation of HCRI’s extensive programme of events and conferences. She also takes a lead role on the marketing, conversion and external relations activities for HCRI’s intercalated and online programmes. Betty-Ann completed her MRes in Philosophy here at The University of Manchester.

Jenny Gradwell – Senior Projects Administrator
Jenny has more than ten years' experience in HE administration across three different HEIs and joined HCRI in July 2017. She provides administrative support relating to oversight and supervision of a wide range of teaching and research-related projects. She is also involved in planning, student recruitment and conversion, and external partner and alumni engagement.

Lisa Jenkins – Senior Project Administrator
Lisa has worked at the University of Manchester for over eight years in project coordination and administration, and has a Masters in Governance and Public Policy. She acts as the senior project administrator for the LEAP Programme, a unique MSc programme being developed in partnership with the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and Médecins Sans Frontières.

Adil Mohammed - HCRI Administrative Assistant
Adil provides administrative assistance to the Institute Manager, Communications and Events Officer and Director. He serves as the primary contact for internal and external enquiries. He also provides technical and logistical support for multiple projects, HCRI programmes, meetings and conferences.

Stephanie Rinaldi – Project Officer
Stephanie has a doctorate in Political Theory and joined HCRI in January 2017 to support its Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) research programmes. She provides research assistance on the TEAMS EU (Training for EMTs and European Medical Corps) project and administrative support on HCRI’s project with Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. Stephanie also provides administrative assistance to HCRI's work as a World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre and to Prof. Tony Redmond.

Megan Turner - HCRI Communications and Administrative Assistant
Megan is a University of Manchester graduate with a BA (Hons) degree in Geography with a Year of International Study. She completed this year in Auckland, New Zealand, and wrote her dissertation on temporary urbanism and post-disaster management in Christchurch, NZ, after the 2011 earthquake. She now works as the Communications and Administrative Assistant for HCRI.
