Betty-Ann Bristow-Castle – Communications and Events Officer
Betty-Ann has worked in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures at the University of Manchester for over ten years, and joined HCRI in November 2011. She manages the planning and implementation of HCRI’s extensive programme of events and conferences. She also takes a lead role on the marketing, conversion and external relations activities for HCRI’s intercalated and online programmes. Betty-Ann completed her MRes in Philosophy here at The University of Manchester.

Stephanie Rinaldi – Project Officer
Stephanie has a doctorate in Political Theory and joined HCRI in January 2017 to support its Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) research programmes. She provides research assistance on the TEAMS EU (Training for EMTs and European Medical Corps) project and administrative support on HCRI’s project with Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. Stephanie also provides administrative assistance to HCRI's work as a World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre and to Prof. Tony Redmond.

Gita Shaparia, Communications and Administration Intern
Gita is a University of Manchester graduate with a First Class in MSc International Business and Management. Her dissertation explored India's economic potential for economic superpower status through reform of the country's higher-education system. Gita studied her undergraduate degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. As an intern, Gita currently manages HCRI’s social media accounts and plays a key role in coordinating HCRI events.
